This Is the Rise of the Musclebuilder

Build muscle. Build life. Brick by brick.

——

We believe in a healthy and sustainable lifelong path to reclaiming our fire and forging bodies that actually work.

This isn’t a phase. This isn’t a hobby.

It’s a lifestyle. It’s a calling. It’s what we do.

We’re done with gimmicks, ego-lifting, fad diets, and social media circus acts.

No more bullsh*t.

We’re here to build—for real, for good, for life.

Meet Brickwall

They used to call me scrawny—now they call me Brickwall.

——

I’m Eric—but you can call me Brickwall.

I wasn’t always Brickwall, though. Growing up I was skinny, and in my teens I was 150 lbs soaking wet at 6’1″. I played basketball and lifted here and there, but it was never serious.

In my 20s, I jumped between workouts, never sticking with anything long enough to see results. Aside from some noob gains, I stayed stuck in fit-ish limbo.

This limbo continued into my early 30s. I trained hard—but never got great at anything. I was eating too little, moving too much, and spinning my wheels. I was pretty fit, sure, but something was missing.

Around 35, it hit me: I didn’t want to just be fit…I wanted muscle. It’s what I wanted all along—I just wouldn’t admit it.

So I ditched the general approach, focused on hypertrophy—and surprise: I got bigger. I got more aesthetic. I got stronger. But I also felt better. My joints stopped hurting. My energy surged. I became more capable, more confident, more me.

Turns out muscle is the holy grail. Imagine that.

Now I help men do the same—build muscle, reclaim their fire, and live like it matters.

Why Brickwall?

Besides sounding totally badass, there are a few reasons behind the name.

For starters, a friend once told me I was “built like a brick wall.” It stuck.

A brick wall is strong, resilient, and unshakable—qualities you need to build muscle. Or build anything, really.

I also believe everything worth building happens brick by brick. Big, strong, resilient walls aren’t built in a day. Neither are powerful physiques.

Plus, let’s be real—it’s a little ridiculous. And in a sea of sameness, that helps me stand out.

Bottom line?

It fits. And it says everything about who I am—and what I help men become.
